De conformidad con el articulo 145.1 del Reglamento del Registro Mercantil, el nombramiento de administradores caducará cuando, vencido el plazo, se haya celebrado la Junta General siguiente o hubiese transcurrido el término legal para la celebración de la Junta que deba resolver sobre la aprobación de cuentas del ejercicio anterior
