Today our world is changing very. Different areas of our life as industry, medicine and others develop rapidly. One of the reasons for this is by using various technologies such as Robotics and automation of processes of management. Nowadays the use of computer-based technologies are extensive in areas such as transport, agriculture, medicine, computer engineering, systems for machinery, space, production and operation of systems and controls in the industrial sectors and defense in the sector of the economy, oil and gas, energy, equipment, civil aviation, shipbuilding, instrument, mechanical engineering, design engineering and others. On the one hand, it allows to reduce the number of workers in these areas of the industry. On the other hand, employers need high - qualified personnel that could operate at high technology equipment. It is clear from these observations that the modern stage of development of the industrial production could be characterized with the use of advanced technology and achieve extremely high performance work team and operation, designed. All this is possible only on the condition of performance to an improvement of the quality management of industrial plants with computer systems of automation of business processes.
