La integración en la CEE va a suponer para el ciudadano medio cambios sustanciales de su vida cotidiana: los impuestos y las leyes. La introducción del Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA) desde el mismo día de nuestra incorporación, condición imprescindible para nuestra admisión en el Club de Bruselas, supone no sólo la desaparición de 23 tributos tradicionales en nuestro país, sino también un cambio en profundidad de la filosofía en que se sustenta el sistema fiscal español.
